At Kallyani Couture, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only under the following conditions:

• Manufacturing Defect: If the product you received has any manufacturing defect.
• Unboxing Video Requirement: To process a return or refund, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the defect. Without this video, we will not be able to process the return or refund request.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
• The return request must be initiated within 7 working days of receiving the product.
• Once your return is approved, you will be responsible for returning the product to us in its original condition,
  return processing will be completed within 14 working days.

3. Refund Process

• If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 working.
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

4. Replacements

• If the product is eligible for replacement, we will send you a new product after receiving the defective item.
• Replacements will follow the same shipping timelines as regular orders.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery, or those that are not in their original condition, will not be eligible for return or refund.
• Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund:

• Email us at info@kallyanicouture.com with your order details and the unboxing video showing the defect.
• We will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
